From your very first letter to fluent conversation, our one-on-one Arabic course is tailored to your level, your pace and your goal — whether that's daily speaking, professional Arabic or unlocking the language of the Quran.
Be Muslim Academy's Arabic Language Course is built around one principle: every student learns differently, so every lesson should be different. With a personal tutor, a flexible curriculum and weekly feedback, you'll see measurable progress from your first month.
Whether you're learning Arabic to connect with the Quran, to travel comfortably across the Middle East, to understand classical Islamic texts, or simply to speak with family — this course gives you a solid, enjoyable foundation in all four skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking.
Every student's curriculum is personalised — but these are the ten core competencies you'll build over the course.
Recognise and pronounce all 28 letters with correct articulation points (Makharij).
Read and write simple words and full sentences, including the four letter forms.
Build a working vocabulary of 1,500+ daily-use words across food, family, work and travel.
Master gender, number, definiteness, verb roots and the building blocks of every Arabic sentence.
Practise common phrases and dialogues for real-life situations from week one.
Learn the 500 most-used Quranic words — together they cover 80% of the Quran's text.
Construct grammatically correct sentences and ask natural questions on any topic.
Read short stories and follow conversations at a natural pace, with growing speed each month.
Role-plays, storytelling, dialogues and games make every lesson active, not passive.
Hold real conversations in Arabic — confidently, clearly and without freezing up.
Each student starts where they actually are. Your teacher places you on the right level after your free trial and adjusts the pace as you progress.
Build the alphabet, basic reading, essential vocabulary and your first 50 conversation phrases.
Move from words to full sentences. Express yourself, ask questions and start reading short stories.
Discuss complex topics, read news and classical texts, and choose a specialisation — Quranic, business or dialect.
Age-appropriate lessons that keep young learners engaged through games, stories and short, lively classes from age 5+.
Reverts and seekers who want to understand the Arabic of the Quran, not just recite it. Quranic vocabulary integrated from day one.
Travellers, business people and anyone learning a new language as an adult — at your own pace, on your schedule.
Not all online Arabic schools are the same. Here's what makes our approach work.
Al-Azhar University graduates who teach Arabic to non-natives every day, fluent in English.
Every session is private. Your teacher's full attention, your pace, your goals — never a group class.
Quranic, conversational, business or grammar-first — we shape every lesson around what you actually want to do with Arabic.
Choose your slots — morning, evening, weekends. We teach across every time zone.
Track exactly what your student has covered, where they're strong, and what's next. No guessing.
Complete a level and receive a recognised certificate — great for CVs, school portfolios or personal milestones.
All of our Arabic tutors are native Egyptian speakers and graduates of Al-Azhar University. Female teachers available on request for sisters and children.
Most students reach basic conversational ability — introducing themselves, asking everyday questions, understanding simple replies — within 3 to 6 months of consistent practice (two or three sessions per week). Speed depends on age, prior exposure and how much you practise between classes.
No. We teach from absolute zero — letters, sounds and pronunciation — and adapt the pace to your level. Already know some Arabic? Your trial session is also a placement test, and we'll start you at the right level.
By default we teach Modern Standard Arabic (Fus'ha) — the formal Arabic used in books, news and the Quran. If you'd prefer to focus on Egyptian colloquial, Levantine, or pure Quranic Arabic, just tell your teacher and we'll adjust the curriculum to your goal.
Yes. We offer a Quranic Arabic track that emphasises the vocabulary, grammar patterns and rhetorical structures found in the Quran. Tell your teacher this is your goal and they'll tailor every lesson around it.
Absolutely. The majority of our Arabic students are adults learning their first non-native language. With a patient teacher, one-on-one feedback and structured progression, adults make steady, measurable progress every week.
Your first trial is part placement test, part introduction — your teacher gets a feel for your level, accent and goals. Your second trial is a real lesson built around what you want to learn. After that, you decide whether to continue. No card details needed up front.
